Moxie can propose a change. You review it. Nothing is written until you approve.
Review a proposal
When Actions is on, a reply can include a card: the field, the current value, and the proposed value. A header cue of Needs your OK means a proposal is waiting. Open it. Read the change. Edit the proposed text if the wording is wrong. Then approve or reject.
Field update
Problem statement
Moxie will write this value to your company record after you approve.
RejectApprove update
Field update. Current value, proposed value, Reject, Approve update.
Kinds of action
Field update. One value on Organization or the profile. Confirm: Approve update.
Profile update. Several selected changes at once. Confirm: Approve updates.
Take me there. Opens the relevant page. Nothing is written automatically. Confirm: Open page.
Document draft. Saves a draft on this listing for you to review. Confirm: Approve draft.
Financial forecast. Updates Financials projections after you approve. Confirm: Apply forecast.
Some fields sit next to compliance. The card will say so. Confirm only if the value is correct.
Approve or reject
Approve writes the selected change.
Reject skips it. The thread records Rejected.
Reject and send this instead skips the proposal and sends your instruction as the next message.
You can change a proposed value before you approve. Empty stays empty until you type.
Turn actions off
The tools rail on the Moxie page has an Actions switch. Off means Moxie still answers. It will not offer writes. Watch-field chips also hide Approve when Actions is off. See Tools.
