The pitch deck is the only required diligence upload before a round can start. Dashboard says Upload pitch deck when it is missing. The checklist still tracks articles, cap table exports, and other company files so you are not surprised in a deep dive.
Organization and Intellectual Property also open the company tab of this checklist from the action bar. Same list. Same listing.
What you see
Remaining count in the header and in the sidebar badge. Checked items stay visible. Unchecked items are the work. The file, once uploaded, also lives in the matching data room folder.
How you engage
- Open Document Checklist. Company tab is the usual starting point. Other tabs follow the same pattern.
- Upload to the item. That is the Narro copy. Connecting Drive does not check the box.
- Confirm the folder. Data room should show the file in the folder that matches the item.
