Data Room is under Prepare. It is the Narro copy of files that belong on this listing. Connecting Google Drive does not copy a file here. Drive is search for Moxie. Share Narro out does not dump every file into an editor. An editor only sees pages you approved.

What you see

How you engage

  • Open a folder. Upload into the folder that matches the checklist item.
  • Select a file. Moxie can then ask whether that file is ready to share.
  • Do not dual-home. A fact that belongs on Organization or the cap table should still live there. The file is proof.

From this page, Moxie can ask whether the selected file is ready to share with investors, and what is still missing from this data room. Keep the current deck in Pitch materials. Keep financing agreements here after a close.
